2023 GRAVEL CRUSHING – DRIFTPILE GRAVEL PIT
Aggregate Production, Stockpiling and Other Works
Sealed tenders, in a clearly marked envelope, will be received at Big Lakes County’s Administration office at 5305 – 56 Street, High Prairie, Alberta, T0G 1E0 up to 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, February 14, 2023.
The work generally consists of:
– Common Excavation including Storage On-Site of Topsoil and Overburden Materials
– Crushing and Stockpiling of 150,000 Tonnes of Modified Designation 4, Class 25 Aggregate
– Active Crushing Face Pit Reclamation
Electronic (PDF) copies of the tender document are available for download from the Alberta Purchasing Connection, BuildWorks Canada website (www.purchasingconnection.ca). A mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held for this project on Tuesday, February 7, 2023. Tenders must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified cheque or a bank draft equal to 10.0% of the total tender amount. The lowest or any tender will not be necessarily accepted.
