Lafarge has informed us that they will be onsite at BF 78832 (west of Hwy 749 on TR 740) on February 28th & 29th to install bird netting ahead of the migratory bird window for this site, which runs from April 30 to August 31.
This proactive measure aims to protect our feathered friends during their migration period while ensuring the safety of our surroundings.
During the installation process, please note that traffic will be reduced to one lane, with flag people facilitating alternating traffic flow as needed. Your patience and cooperation during this time are greatly appreciated.
