Big Lakes County is thrilled to offer residents the convenience of going paperless! With the launch of our new “My Big Lakes County” portal, residents can now easily manage their property tax accounts, utility accounts and general receivable accounts, make payments, switch to paperless notifications, and so much more!
How to activate your account in “My Big Lakes County:”
- Visit My Big Lakes County to access the “My Big Lakes County” portal.
- Have your Tax Notice, Utility Statement or a General Receivable Invoice ready.
- You’ll need your tax roll number, utility account number or customer ID. Be sure to enter the name of the account holder exactly as it appears on the bill (last name, first name), along with a valid email address.
- Create a username and password.
- Choose a secure and unique username and password
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email confirmation, and you’ll be ready to go paperless! If you don’t see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam folder.
Already have a “My Big Lakes County” account?
Simply click on the portal and sign in with your username and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Forgot my password” link to have a reset email sent directly to you.
