JUNE 8, 2026 @ 3:15PM: Big Lakes County is pleased to announce that the Boil Water Advisory for the entire Hamlet of Grouard has been lifted. Water quality testing has confirmed that the water is safe to drink, and residents may now resume normal water use.
As water service returns to normal, some residents may notice temporary water discoloration due to the waterline flushing. If this occurs, please run your cold-water taps until the water runs clear.
Big Lakes County would like to thank residents for their patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout the duration of the Boil Water Advisory. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your water service, please contact Big Lakes County Utilities at 780-523-5955.
