Inspection Areas: Joussard 77-17, 77-18, 78-16 & 79-19
Compass Assessment Consultants conduct rotational inspections of properties to ensure property assessment data is accurate, reliable, and up to date. Assessors can be found walking on site, measuring buildings, photographing exteriors, and speaking with property owners to confirm data related to properties.
Inspections are authorized by the Municipal Government Act (MGA, Section 294). Assessors will be carrying photo ID.
