Big Lakes County believes in supporting local community organizations that benefit and improve life in the County. The purpose of this program is to establish guidelines for Operating and Capital grant funding for Non-Profit Organizations located in and serving Big Lakes County residents.

Community Organization Operating & Capital Grant Application

Before beginning your application, please ensure that you have read the Community Organization Operating & Capital Grants Policy (Admin 67), the associated Schedule “A” which outlines which stream(s) your organization is eligible for, and have the required documentation as listed below ready.

Proof of Filing – Most recent Proof of Filing from the organization’s annual return/non-profit status.

Board of Directors – Current list of Board of Directors.

AGM Minutes – Annual General Meeting (AGM) minutes of the previous year that the organization has applied for grant funding.

Financial Statement – Current Financial Statements as approved at the organization’s last AGM.
