Big Lakes County believes in supporting local community organizations that benefit and improve life in the County. This form is for completed capital projects that have been previously approved for grant funding by the County.

This form is to be submitted after an approved capital project has been completed.

Before beginning your claim, please ensure that you have read the Community Organization Operating & Capital Grants Policy (Admin 67) and have the required documentation as listed below ready.
