This Sunday, September 28, Big Lakes County will lower its flags to half-mast in recognition of Alberta Police and Peace Officers’ Memorial Day.
This day honours the courage and sacrifice of police and peace officers who have fallen in the line of duty. It is also a time to recognize and support the families, friends, and colleagues who have endured the profound loss of a loved one.
